Commitees and Volunteer Jobs
We have the following commitees and volunteer opportunities available. If you are interested or know of an outside party who may be interested please fill in your/their name and contact number in the space provided. Compensation may be available for some positions for qualified individuals.
Secretary
: Record the meetings' notes, minutes, and other related data. Responsible for WPA files. Serves as an assistant to the Chair for writing correspondence and thank you notes as necessary. The secretary can request support staff from the general membership. Assistants serve at the discretion of the secretary.

Treasurer
: The WPA board is looking for an enthusiastic, responsible member who is interested in learning the business side of the art world. No experience needed. You would learn how to manage the financial books for a small business, how to track income and expenses, do business taxes, and much more. This is not only a great free educational opportunity for any artist but also a chance to expand your resume!

Inventory Manager
: Create a master list of inventory items and supplies in storage, pay attention to items that need to be replenished periodically, contact members to be sure all supplies has been moved to new storage and makes it onto the list (final list should be in digital format and the file given to the board) A check out sheet should be made from the master list where members can document that they have taken items from storage and document what new items have been added or need to be replenished.

Outreach Commitee
: Committee will come up with outreach ideas that meet WPA goals, present ideas to board for selection, plan and execute the selected outreach goal for the calendar year.

: Volunteer to plan WPA's 10th anniversary party (or other desirable means of celebration)
