Participant Information

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

Open to all existing, new, or renewing members.

WORK ACCEPTED

All printmaking techniques.

• WPA Members may submit shrink-wrapped prints for bins.

  Bin work must be labeled on the back with artist name, title, medium, and price. It is also a good idea to include an information sheet about the print and artist. Each piece should be unique (no editions).

• Board Members & Studio Subscribers may submit framed work for the walls.

  Become a studio subscriber by August 20th for your work to be eligible for review for the WPA catalog listing.
• Digital prints must be combined with a traditional printmaking technique.

FREE STUDIO TIME

• Make art :)
• Greet guests
• Talk about your work, your methods/process
• Accept payments/write receipts

Important Deadlines for Board Members & Studio Subscribers

Online signup	Board Members and Studio Subscribers eligible for wall space must sign up online by November 5th.
Pay fee & drop off work	November 6th between 1 and 3pm at the WPA Studio no late drop offs accepted Contact the Event Chair for alternative drop off dates
Take down/Pick up work	If your work is displayed in the halls it might be a good idea to swing by and take them home after the show has concluded on Nov 21st. Otherwise, you are free to leave your work hanging in the studio for as long as you like - we like to look at it :).

Important Deadlines for All Other WPA Members

Online signup	It is not necessary to sign up online for this event. However, if you do choose to sign up your name will appear as a participant on the site and any work you submit will be part of our virtual gallery.
Pay fee & drop off work	Bin work can be delivered at ANY time during tour hours.
Take down/Pick up work	Bin work must be picked up by the end of the show on Nov. 21st. You must pick up your work or make necessary arrangements. Work not picked up will be placed in the WPA storage unit. WPA is not responsible for lost or damaged work after pick-up.

Fees & Obligations

See entry fee and volunteer discount information in the Details box on the right of this page. Membership dues are added for new and renewing members.

• Participating artists are expected to help man the studio during the weekend hours if possible. Please check the volunteer list closer to time to sign up for a time to sit the studio.
• WPA takes a 10% commission on all work sold during the exhibition.

How do I sign up for this Exhibition?

The deadline to signup has passed. Deadline for Entry: 11/13/2010.

How do I submit my work?

Members:

• After you are signed up for this event you will see a new "Submit Your Work" button in the "Participate" section on the right of this screen (you must be logged in). Click on this button.
• Select the pieces from your portfolio that you would like to submit.
• If your piece has not been added to your portfolio use the link at the bottom of the page "Click here to add a piece to your portfolio" and follow the on-screen instructions.

How do I volunteer?

Volunteers recieve discounts to some WPA events. After you have logged in to the WPA website, volunteer positions will appear in the "Volunteer Positions" section on the right of this screen. Click on one of the open checkboxes to the left of the position name.

How do I modify my volunteer position(s)?

After you have logged in to the WPA website you can click either the "Volunteers" tab at the top of this screen or the green "View/Manage" button located at the bottom of the volunteer position box on the right of this screen. To remove yourself click the trashcan icon to the right of your name.
