This exhibition is an opportunity to showcase your work. Every member will be allowed one piece and we will be showing the exhibition at 3 locations. Choose a piece that characterizes your style, that showcases your voice as an artist.

The opportunity to show at Stonemetal Press in March came up very quickly. Unfortunately that means the deadline also is coming up very soon.

 

Participant Information

IMPORTANT DEADLINES

• Online signup using the WPA website March 6th (see steps 1 & 2 in "How do I sign up" below)
• Pay fee & drop off work
  • Drop Off Date for 1st Show is March 7th, 2009 between 9am to 12pm

• If you are unable to make the date for the first show it may be possible to submit your work before the next exhibition. Please contact the show chair to make arrangements.
• Pick up work after final exhibition.
  • Date and time to be announced.
  • You must pick up your work or make necessary arrangements. Work not picked up will be placed in the WPA storage unit. WPA is not responsible for lost or damaged work after pick-up.

FEES & OBLIGATIONS

See entry fee and volunteer discount information in the Details box on the right of this page. Membership dues are added for new and renewing members.

• All work must be submitted through the website before it is dropped off with registrar.
• Participating artists are expected to attend the opening reception if possible.
• WPA takes a 10% commission on all work sold during the exhibition.

HOW DO I SUBMIT MY WORK?

• After participating (see instructions above) you will see a new "Submit Your Work" button in the "Participate" section. Click on this button.
• Select the pieces from your portfolio that you would like to submit.
• If your piece has not been added to your portfolio use the link at the bottom of the page "Click here to add a piece to your portfolio" and follow the onscreen instructions.

How do I submit my work?

Members:

How do I modify my volunteer position(s)?

After you have logged in to the WPA website you can click either the "Volunteers" tab at the top of this screen or the green "View/Manage" button located at the bottom of the volunteer position box on the right of this screen. To remove yourself click the trashcan icon to the right of your name.
