WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

Open to all existing, new, or renewing members.

WORK ACCEPTED

All printmaking techniques.

• Members may submit shrink-wrapped prints for bins. Bin work must be labeled on the back with artist name, title, medium, and price. It is also a good idea to include an information sheet about the print and artist. Each piece should be unique (no editions).
• Digital prints must be combined with a traditional printmaking technique.

FREE STUDIO TIME

• Make art :)
• Greet guests
• Talk about your work, your methods/process
• Accept payments/write receipts
  

IMPORTANT DEADLINES

• Bin Work: Pay fee & drop off work on November 7th between 1-3pm or anytime during EAST weekends from 8am-6pm.
• Framed Work: Online signup using the WPA website by November 6th (see steps 1 & 2 in "How do I sign up" below). Invited members may bring their framed work to the WPA Studio on November 7th between 1-3pm.
•  Contact the Event Chair for alternative Drop Off Dates
• Pick up work on November 22nd between 7-9pm. You must pick up your work or make necessary arrangements. Work not picked up will be placed in the WPA storage unit. WPA is not responsible for lost or damaged work after pick-up.

FEES & OBLIGATIONS

See entry fee in the Details box on the right of this page. Membership dues are added for new and renewing members.

• Bin work must be submitted with an inventory sheet listing Artist name, contact info and list of works dropped off.
• Participating artists are expected to help man the studio during the weekend hours if possible. Please check the volunteer list closer to time to sign up for a time to sit the studio.
• WPA takes a 10% commission on all work sold during the exhibition.

How do I sign up for this Exhibition?

The deadline to signup has passed. Deadline for Entry: 11/14/2009.

How do I submit my work?

Members:

• After you are signed up for this event you will see a new "Submit Your Work" button in the "Participate" section on the right of this screen (you must be logged in). Click on this button.
• Select the pieces from your portfolio that you would like to submit.
• If your piece has not been added to your portfolio use the link at the bottom of the page "Click here to add a piece to your portfolio" and follow the on-screen instructions.

How do I volunteer?

Volunteers recieve discounts to some WPA events. After you have logged in to the WPA website, volunteer positions will appear in the "Volunteer Positions" section on the right of this screen. Click on one of the open checkboxes to the left of the position name.

How do I modify my volunteer position(s)?

After you have logged in to the WPA website you can click either the "Volunteers" tab at the top of this screen or the green "View/Manage" button located at the bottom of the volunteer position box on the right of this screen. To remove yourself click the trashcan icon to the right of your name.
