Work Accepted:

• Artist may submit 3 medium (1/2 sheet or smaller) framed works or 2 large (full sheet or larger) framed works, all work must be framed and ready to hang
• 2-D and 3-D work is accepted, please contact event chair if you require a podium or unique hanging situation.
• Digital prints must be combined with a traditional printmaking technique.
• Work must have been completed during 2005 – 2007.
• Out –of-town submissions should include return postage and be mailed to Anna Marie Pavlik the out-of-town registrar. Her mailing information may be obtained on the member information section of the WPA website.

Fees/Obligations:

• Submissions MUST include a Title Sheet list with artist name, title of each work, date of completion, dimensions, medium, and price (include the value of the work for insurance reasons, even if the work is not for sale). Each work should also have a Hang tag attached to the back before being dropped off. Hang tags and Title sheet may be downloaded from the WPA website
• Participating artists are expected to attend the opening reception if possible. Please bring a finger-food type item to contribute to the refreshment table. Contact Angela Hayes for more information.
• Members present opening night will be asked to vote on eligible works ($250 max) for WPA to purchase and present to the Texas School for the Blind and Visually Impaired.
• WPA will receive a 10% commission on work sold during the exhibition.
• The DAC will provide insurance.

How do I sign up?

Important Deadlines:

• Expression of interest by Nov. 1st by signing up on the website
• Title Card info must be added on the website before work is dropped off with registrar
• Pay fee & drop off work Nov 27th between 12 - 2 pm at DAC (no late drop offs accepted)
  • Early Drop Off Dates:
    • Sandra Fernandez:  Monday, Nov 26th between 4-7pm
    • Angela Hayes: Sunday, Nov 25th between 4-6pm
• Pick up work on January 8th between 7 – 9pm: You must pick up your work or make necessary arrangements. WPA is not responsible for work not picked up.

How do I sign up for this Exhibition?

How do I submit my work?

• After you are signed up for this event you will see a new "Submit Your Work" button in the "Participate" section on the right of this screen (you must be logged in). Click on this button.
• Select the pieces from your portfolio that you would like to submit.
• If your piece has not been added to your portfolio use the link at the bottom of the page "Click here to add a piece to your portfolio" and follow the on-screen instructions.
